New Zealand Customers

International Customers

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately we don't provide returns for international orders as Australia Post does not yet provide this service.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. We only accept returns for the entire order, not just individual items from within the order.
Returns due sizes of items from customers who ordered for personal use will not be permitted. We are a wholesaler for resellers.
To start a return, you can contact us at ausvintagewholesale@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you are opting for a monetary refund then this will not cover any shipping costs incurred on the order.
Exchanges
If you choose to exchange your order for store credit this will then include any shipping costs that were incurred on the order.
We sell only Grade A vintage with up to 10% Grade B vintage.
A - Items are in good vintage condition. Some items may still show signs of minor wear and include washable marks or stains, but items can be easily restored back to their original condition.
B - Items will show signs of heavier wear and may include any of the following defects: un-washable marks, stains, small rips, holes
C - We do not sell Grade C vintage.
SIZES
As a wholesaler we don't provide size selection. Expect a range of sizes perfect for reselling. We sell Adult XS - XXL with the majority of sizes being S - XL.
We sell Youth XL/XXL as the measurements are the same as an Adult XS/S.
